Being good at business usually involves being able to wear many different hats.
Great business is about people skills and communicaQon, planning conQngencies,
predicQng markeQng trends and it’s about coming up with new ideas.
One other aspect of good business (that is simultaneously among the most important
and the most daunQng) is number crunching.
I hear the boos now.
Like it or not though, business involves numbers and if you really boil it down, most
business models are essenQally just fancy equaQons.
If you are reading this report, you’re probably in one or two posiQons:
1. You’re new to business and you’re already starQng to quesQon whether it’s
really for you.
2. You’re already running a business thinking that you can get by just find
without looking at the numbers.
